Wiring a Zumo 550 to bike, Need help;-)

Hi,

Wiring and me dont really go and need some help.

Bought from BMW. it has 3 leads, apparently one gets discarded. Inside the connector is a B, 1 & 2.

This lead comes with the Garmin. Ive cut the lead to make it shorter, this has meant there is now not a fuse on the lead. (it can however be re connected if need be, but BMW said the bike doesn't require fuses as the connector will just cut of power when the bike thinks it needs to.
This lead has just black and red

and the discarded lead from the garmin

I need to know which wire connects with which and which wire from the BMW connector gets discarded.

Black to 1, red to 3, discard 2.

No inline fuse needed, the can bus handles that end of things
