wiring colours on 02 1150

I have decided to bite the bullet and remove the meta alarm myself (can't start the bike as it is). I'm tracing the wires at the moment, what colour are the indicator wires that I can leave?
There is a solitary brown wire going to the left hand injector/manifold(?), is this standard? I haven't been able to trace where it comes from yet, if its an earth should there be one on both injectors?
Keeping my fingers crossed. Thought I might replace fuel filter while tank is off too.

There's just the one - to the L/H throtle body.
It's nothing to do with alarms or indicators so just let it be.
