i was coming up the rear,had the wife on the back,
came round corner and everthing had already happened
just a normal ride out that went wrong is all![]()

Get well soon PJ , sure most of the damage will polish out.
Have to say the NHS nursing staff have gone downhill ...one on the left looks well over 50.

if it is only your collar bone PJ you should not be out of action for 6 weeks - after my recent off I was back at work after 2 weeks and driving the car (1 handed mind !!)
If you need to be up and running sooner you might consider Brian Simpson http://www.physioclinic.net/. My sons boss recommended him - he is a builder and was back working after 2 weeks following a motocross crash and badly fractured collar bone.
He had 4 sessions at the magnetic /laser thingy (£300 ish)
This was also recommended to me by a top downhill mountainbike racer - he is well known amongst professional sportsmen
