between the lines read - the random build quality means a few bikes have a wobbly swinging arm - when we test a normal one its OK - the cost to inspect all of them and undo all the frame and engine bolts and put them back together correctly isn't something we really care about - after all we don't expect many to last long enough to reach their first MOT. Therefore its cheaper for us to ask the dealers to follow training and make it the problem (aka the customer) go away
