Just collected my 90k miles R1200GS from Wollaston BMW. Really delighted with their service.
I took the bike in because it was only running on 1 cylinder. They did a full diagnostic and took coils and plugs from a bike they had in stock to make sure it was just the coils and plugs preventing it running. They then did a throttle body balance etc. to clean a bit of rough running and checked it over front to rear. They then accepted that I don't want to spend a lot on new parts, and put it back together with my old parts, cleared fault codes etc. and had it running and ready for me to collect.
Total bill - 30 minutes labour (including a discount on the labour because the bike is over 5 years old. Even treated me to a coffee and a Danish while the technician took time to discuss what really needed fixing and what would live for a while.
One very happy customer!
