Wont unlock

Hi Guys

Need some help, I've had my Zumo 550 for a couple of years now, great unit no issues, until i downloaded latest maps last night, unit now saying on startup maps wont unlock. I have the lifetime update package and never had any problems before, any ideas guys

I suspect there is a code you need to enter for the updates?

Try Retrieve Unlock rather than Unlock Maps.
It worked for me tonight on a replacement unit - as I did not know the Product Code.
