Have you tried the Norton Owner's Club or Access Norton?
Are we talking a Garner era bike, which should be available with a download, or the current TVS.

Current era - 2025 bike.
I’m waiting approval to join Access Norton, looks as though they have some user contributed manuals there. Norton owners club seems to only go up to Garner era models, and I think there are quite a few changes since then
There quite a lot of info on Access Norton, but not all applicable to TVS models. Certainly worth having a look around.
