Which one and why ?

Getting a bit fed up with my Haynes manual. It's ok but does'nt seem to have all the info. Nothing on bean can's etc.
Which manual Is best for R100R/GS 80 Basic/GS 100 PD ?

I have this and find it covers most things (supplement in the back for GSPD's too:
