I will post pictures

Just to say a great job by Moly to have fitted WP forks to my HP2:beerjug:

He is doing the same for Mav, but I am not sure what wheel Mav will use.

He has retained the original front brake & BMW wheel & all the original fittings & has done an awesome job:clap

It has billett top & bottom yokes & looks very original

I have only used it on the road so far, but it feels way better!!!

Thanks to Moly!!

You could set yourself up as a service, providing front end set ups for bikes...

Jeh that would be great I du do a lot with brackes I am prity jiged up for the HP2 enduro for sm use and allso the airheads I would be greate if I could du that full time and for a living I have a BMW master mechanich hu helps me aut if I can du it my self at theiry ressonabl prices and a friend hu has been a miller for over 40 years if any body has any wishes I had my hp2 for its mot or tuv as its called in Germany he was well impress he wonted to buy if its posseble ever to buy

i did something similr for my xchalleneg. paid 275 sterling for fully serviced forks and 40 for a caliper hangar

not sure of the tube dia on the hp2 but check top and bottom clamp size and you should find a set forks prob wp or marzocchi that will fit

then if have lathe machine up spacers for original wheel or get machine shop make on up

i did same on my africa twin and then fitted a 4 pot brembo calliper on a hangar designed for wp forks (lot use them on exc bike when converting to sm) worked a charm

bit more work but keeps costs down an awful lot

wp front end

ok the total cost was aboute 800 euro having to buy new bearins distances machined yocke spindel reduced and shorten still a frachtion of what a set off forks would cost you by hpn

Hallo i have a few bracke caliper adapters left over if you wont to fit a 320mm disc with a 4 pot brembo on thier they work really good as apossed to the original 2 pot :)
