X-Challenge front brake piston size?

One of my front pistons has a hole in it.
It still functions but it can't be long for this world ...

BMW only sell the complete caliper for megabucks.
Wemoto sell piston kits but I need to know the dimensions (diameter and length) ?
I can measure the diameter (in situ) but not the length.

Any ideas?

I should have made it clear that the hole is only in the anti-squeal surface ( presume that's what it is).
As the thing is not leaking I'll leave it as it is.

There is a complete calliper on ebay for reasonable money although it is in Germany. If you end up going this route, I am looking for a new calliper mounting bracket and could split the cost.
