XP not remembering cookies?

My PC never remembers my log in details for banking, ebay, carsites etc etc, yet it always seems to 'remember' the log in details for ukgser.

It's a real pain keep having to find passwords.

Any clues?

I'm a Luddite

but i think that cookies for pass words for so called "Secure "sites
aren't allowed to be Saved. I regularly use Internet Options to delete all cookies and Files and have to sign in to this site afterwards, I prefer it that way.
