You should be able to download them from Microsoft.com. Just do a search for updates and then follow the instructions. IRRC SP2 can take some time to download

Microsoft service packs are cumulative, i.e. the stuff in SP1 is included in SP2. So just put the latest service pack on, and any hot fixes.

SP's and Autopatcher
Sorry, bit late, I don't get to spend much time on here to read the posts, let alone reply!
I would be happy to post you SP2 (the only one you need, as posted above), PM me if interested, not a problem.
I would also recommend taking a look at Autopatcher, which is a free download that includes SP2 and ALL the hotifixes etc, so that you can choose what to install right from the single file, very handy! If you don't have a broadband connection I can download and send you that.
