Thought it was Snoo... er AC1200 at first: Sandy Lane, alloy panniers... same jacket....up to Gosforth Park Hotel roundabout where LED tailight and twin pipes betrayed the Yam....up onto A1 south and off at Kenton Bar... and lost it...must be running in else the Saxo would've never kept up.....

Before I bought the 1200 it was a bike I so nearly bought. Then i did a full analysis in real life - shite build quality, really shite suspension, heavy and slow as fook. Nah not mine.

Still got the GS but the 800st had to go.
As it happens I almost bought a 1150 and sold the 1100 but after 1000 miles this week I really think I'll just keep it forever unless it breaks then I'll scrap the b'stard.

This is a workhorse chaps, to and from work, thats 30 to 300 miles in a day

and like a sewing machine it will run faultless and never let you down, just what you need as a work horse

iam impressed with my new tenere on and off the road and the 300 mile tank range ture its not the fastest thing out their but if i wanted to go fast i would buy an r1 or a gixer 1000, the tenere will sit all day long on the open road 85mph and top out at 110 mph thats spot on for me as i dont fancy been locked up and haveing to be mr bigs bitch, lol

Good luck with the new TA. you'll love it.
I've had mine nearly a year now and just can't fault it. The build quality is very impressive, typical Honda I suppose.
