Y-piece for 1150GS

Can anyone reccommend a decent y-piece for my 1150GS. I'm looking to replace my poor fitting Motad model
I had a contact for a small home industry/supplier last year which were competitively priced, but I seem to have lost and I think were based around East anglia.
