Yeah looks similar, the dashboard is virtually the same as well.
Interestingly, the DCT changes are sublime, but as with all new DCT boxes it changes up to early.

Took it out today. It’s got a different sports setting for the change points on the box. Beautiful, smooth changes at a higher speed. Absolutely a cracking box.

Looks great - think that will be my next bike after my X ADV. Hopefully less stealable.
I was looking at used one at Sycamore BMW Witham yesterday on our way home from Normandy. May consider a test ride. I found the bars on my 1250RT too low and made my shoulders ache although wife found it more roomy than my current 1250GSA. The new 1300RT has the same low bar problem. Is it fair say the NT1100 has got a better seating position than the RT as it looks like a road going adventure bike?
I’ve done a 500 mile day on mine, but I do have the comfort seat. The rest of the ergonomics are fine for me. 175cm tall and fat.
