I have finally registered my WR250 in the UK. I bought it in 2018 in France to use from my house there. In reality it got very little use and was stored in the living room. I have just put the UK number plate on and took it for a quick spin to remind myself what it was like to ride – brilliant apart from the seat height which is far too tall for me, I really struggled to get off it! I am 70 shortly and my riding days are nearly over.

Anyway its for sale now, £3000 or offers. First registered March 2009, registered in the UK on 1st July 2025. It is in excellent condition, MOT until 21 May 2026, no advisories naturally. Yamaha rack and it has a new UK headlight fitted. 10884 kilometers (6803 miles), I am the second owner. If you want a genuine low mileage WR that has not been abused then this is it. I am in North Dorset.
Thanks for looking,
Lloyd.

Nice bike, I've had one before, very nice caravan too, if I was going to swap my Hymer for a caravan it would have to be an Eriba.

Great bike John. I’ve had two and would recommend them as a practical trail bike. When i look at the CRF 250/300 it always makes me think that progress hasn’t been up to much.

I'm tempted Mark, but Norfolk is not great for off road trails and my garage is full of bikes at the moment.

Not good?
Last weekend we did 2 full days of trailriding around the Watton areas covering 187 miles and our guide said we’d only just scratched the surface
Harling Drove road & Peddar’s way were superb

I bought a Burgman from Lloyd a few years ago. The delivery driver asked me if it was a new bike...a testament to the good condition of Lloyd's bikes!

And then there’s the Thetford Loop which is on my list of rides to do. I think it’s about 80 or 90 miles.

Funny that, I sold my Hymer and got the Eriba.

Thanks Simon, I hope you are ok?

I had one - I think the difference between this and the CRF 300 is the WRR is better in the higher rev range and is an out and out trail bike - and brilliant at it.
When I moved away from lots of trails I sold it

I think its sold, someone is coming on Sunday to collect it.
I will update the thread on Sunday.
Thanks for the interest,
Lloyd.
