Ok I know its an RT but I'm sure someone will know.
Just back from a service; front pads are down to 2mm. Now the last set did 17,000 miles and were only changed because the calipers were replaced. This set have done 1,000 miles and have perhaps 1000 miles left.
No sign of the brakes binding and wheel turns freely. Brakes feel OK. Rear brake pads still have plenty of life and they have been on a lot longer. I've always had good life out of pads in the past.
FWIW a new wheel was fitted about 1400 miles ago (pothole damage).
Looks like these ones will be toast within 2,000 miles. Any ideas?
