I have a Zumo 550 and an Autocom duo 300.. I wish to connect them together and connect my phone via bluetooth to both. can you please tell me what cables I need. and Is there some kind of cover for the rider and passenger leads to keep out the water when they are not in use ?

The 200 and 300 are the same in this regard.
The cables are designed to be left uncovered, but you might find some securing clips - part number 1550 - useful.
