Feckin hell... people ride these things like this??
Will get some sleep.(see HELLA FF50 Post) then fit the set of Tobinators that have been sitting in my bedroom for the past week....

Ohhh is that what buffeting is, always wondered what you lot was on about :) Cowboy's don't cry and it gives you strong neck muscles so I am keeping my buffeting since I paid for it.

Cheers

BAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just gone to fit my Tobinators.................. Seems the guy who bought the bike has fitted an Adventure screen AAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!! Now stuck when a set of Tobinators that dont fit and a bike i cant ride. BOO HOO HOO...:( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

You're all a bunch of girls....

.... buffeting - what buffeting?!

WHATS ARE THERE ????

Don't wonna seem "fick or anyfink" but what are tobinators,
Doh, Joe

Been enduring buffeting since I got my hack - finally got round yesterday to repositioning the screen into the same position the demo bike I had out as I didn't remember suffering but thought I could just have been imagining it and lo and behold bye-bye buffeting. (Screen in most upright position, seat on high, I'm 6ft tall).

Oh well I guess the MRA Vario Screen (now only required for visual appeal) can wait :thumb

Blimey Judge, you must have bloody long legs then. 6ft and seat on high setting, I'm too 'tippy toes' for comfort with the seat on the high setting( esp when 2 up). But your spot on with the reduction in buffeting and noise when sitting higher up.

Marcus:)

Calm down funny bloke.

you can also have a look at www.advrider.com, GS guru/madman Ricardo Kuhn shows how to put holes in the screen so you wont get buffeted. Perhaps doing both is possible, but I am not sure. Alternativiely removee the screen and dont use any earplugs and enjoy the rustic charm of an airhead. Ahh.....
