When I try to upload a movie clip to YouTube, it gets to 79% (never more, never less) and then it stops.

It doesn't just stop the upload, it stops my internet connection too. Or at least it seems to freeze it.

If I check on the Forum for instance, the page is there but if I try to click on a thread the loading symbol comes up but nothing happens. I don't get a prompt to reconnect or a "page not found" prompt.

If I disconnect the connection, I cannot reconnect without re-booting the PC.

I'm running the latest version of Firefox, Avast anti-virus and that's about it.

Any ideas?

I've just uploaded something to youtube ok....went quick....maybe your cache is full or you tried doing it at the wrong time of day :nenau

give it another bash and if it doesn't work you need to give your machine a thorough spring clean as Mikepg says :thumb

Have you run out of ram, too many processes running at the same time, you can disable them on your task Manager, so reducing your Cache!
