Help , whenever I watch a youtube video it always stops a third of the way through and this happens on all other internet website when I what a video , What causes this ???

that's probably not helpful.
try this
click on the yout tube play button then push pause le the streaming line get most of the way across the screen then push play.
it sounds like your connection is slow somehow or you PC needs a clean up.

Yeah I have the same. I put it down to lack of RAM (only 256mb, 1.8ghz processor) as I usually get around a 5meg connection. It did improve after I formatted the hard drive to get rid of a load of crap.
