If you are in Sheffield then I believe that Pentagon GPS is near you, they have some good prices that I have found only beaten (sometimes) by Satnaveasy (sp)
I like the buttons on the 550 and have seen the 600 cheaper than the 550 in some places,
I cant compare my 220 to anything as its my first sat nav.I dont need music or to store lots of routes. I still do my navigating by map and the satnav just keeps me on track, but what I will say,is when in europe, the lane assist is great. I still just look at my map,get a route and put it into satnav manually using waypoints and go but thats coz wen im on my hols I dont decide where im goin till im just about to leave campsite so no point in storing pre planned routes .Only used it for europe so cant comment for uk mapping.Still dont trust it totaly and still use my maps more but that probably coz im an hgv driver. For me its ideal but for others it may be too basic.Only thing is , in previous years, ive ended up in some excellent places and met some great people coz of wrong turns in europe, this year I didnt.
