I have just installed these on the bike, all works well I think except that the zumo voice only works on the right earphone, has anyone else tried this combination please?
Also, the Zumo sometimes loses the bluetooth connection and i have to go into bluetooth settings and tell it to connect to SMH 10 which it does straight away

Thanks

As far as I am aware the 550 is not A2DP bluetooth which means it won't broadcast in stereo - mine only comes through the right earphone as well.

Don't know about the rest.

Thanks for the reply, I contacted SENA who said the unit may be faulty, but it sounds more like you have the right answer. It isn't too much of a problem like it, does your music come to both ears?

Thanks again

i've got a scala G4 and that only gets mono from one earphone using a 550, if you want bluetooth stereo then I think you need a zumo 660. The G4 can connect to the 550 using a stereo connector cable. I want the G4 mainly for bike to bike which I'm still trying to sort out as cant get the bluetooth connection to my wife's 660.

Hi Jon
You should have no problem connecting the G4 to the zumo 660.

Click on the link above, this is an animated tutorial to show the correct pairing procedure for your sat nav.
Clear all Pairings for your headset on your mobile and Sat Nav and start again, you MUST pair the Scala G4 to the Sat Nav first and your Mobile phone to the Sat Nav after.
Try This Jon.

Richard
