I apologise here and now if this has already been covered in a previous thread, I searched but couldn't find it.
I've recently bought a bike which has already got an Autocom Active Plus Duo system installed along with the cradle and mount for a Zumo 550. From what I can gather the Zumo is connected to the Autocom unit by a lead.
I bought myself the Zumo 550 Deluxe and I can hear the navigation audio along with the MP3 files that are pre loaded to the unit through my in ear monitors.
I can connect both my phones to the Zumo by bluetooth and they both make calls. I can even hear the people I'm calling, however they cant hear me.
I've searched through the Zumo bluetooth sub menu and got it to search for any other devices and it's located an Autocom Dongle on the bike. I've looked at the dongle and that is plugged into Aux 1 on the Autocom unit, it also has 'A' and 'B' sockets on one end but both have rubber bungs in them.
I've attempted to get the Zumo to pair with the Dongle but it asks for a "Passkey", I've tried 1234 and 0000 to no avail.
Can anybody advise me as to what I need to do get the thing working properly please?
Also what is the Passkey for the dongle?
Many thanks
Steve
