I have been having problems with the connections between my Autocom AVI 300 and the Zumo 550. I could make phone calls, would hear the other end talk, but they could not hear me. I went onto this forum and found some great advice from all the other posts on this same subject. So took advice from here and there and decided to do the following:

I went onto this forum and found some great advice from all the other posts on this same subject. So took advice from here and there and decided to do the following:
Update the software - Zumo 550 and yes it was due a Firmware upgrade
- Try it on the bike - all connections wiped out by upgrade
- Reconnected Autocom Dongle - Zumo found it but would not connect Had to pair it up again from the Dongle end
- Reconnected Phone - Bluetooth
Made phone call and it worked
