Zumo 550 MP3 and Jack Plug

I used to be able to play music through the headphones plugged into the jack plug however its decided it wont play anymore. It wont work since I tried pairing a bluetooth headset. Since then I have reset it and reinstalled and also had the update.
The MP3s are listed and play perfectly on the car holder and also through bluetooth. I have also been told you cant hear MP3s unless you are actually moving not stationary? Is this true.
Maybe its a simple jack plug fault?

Hi, I've gone through the same pain. There's an option in the BT setup on the Zumo to specify if the phone, music or nav prompts go through the BT, so untick the audio one.

The sound won't come through the hardwired audio if there's no power to the unit - it won't work on battery power even though the BT headset option will. It's nothing to do with being on the move but that's probably how people have interpreted it.
