ZUMO 550 Voice Commands

I purchased a new GSA and it came with the Zumo 550..No matter what I try I do not seem to be able to hear the voice commands or music....The Zumo is powered up in the cradle and I have followed the instruction book, adjusted the volume to full blast plus I have tried different conecting cables to my Autocom helemet mounted ear pieces, but am unable to hear a thing "HELP ANYONE!! HEEELP!!

Thanks ....Tried as suggested but still no luck, the cables and head set that I am using work perfectly with my Motorrad Navigator III..baffled as to why I'm having no luck with the Zumo..

Ah, autocom sell a different screened lead for the zumo

But AFAIK any 3.5mm stereo lead will work, ie one like the music lead you would have used from your mp3 palyer to the autocom. May get intereference when the motor is running, but at least it'll test out the system.

Managed to get a 2.5 -3.5 adaptor from Maplan and it now works.... so thanks for the help, much appreciated......just a foot note Autocom no longer list a 3.5 lead for the Zumo that plugs directly into the Autocom head set ....
