I now have a Zumo 660 and want to connect to my Autocom SuperPro Avi for directions, MP3 and hopefully phone. I have an Autocom isolated stereo lead and the earlier 1273 Autocom Bluetooth dongle.
To date I've had my Nuvi 765T hard-wired for directions and music via the isolated lead and the phone independently Bluetoothed directly to the Autocom BT dongle in Aux#1. This has worked very well.
It would be nice to run the phone though the 660 and then on to the Autocom but there are problems with the phone muting the audio. Workarounds include un-soldering a resistor on the PCB of the Autocom and using the whole lot hard wired though the new 4066 cable specifically for the Zumo though I'd rather not do this as it messes with the way the Autocom currently works which I like.
I believe that with the Zumo 550 there was a way to split the Audio out so that the phone used Bluetooth and directions and music used the hard-wire connection. The 660 doesn't seem to have any such options in the menu for this.
Does anyone have any experience with this scenario?
