I have been comparing the BMW NavigatorIV on the GS1200 and a Zumo 660's file system to understand the differences. Non of the 'experimental forums' seem to have any info yet on the wheelmouse functioning. I was hoping to identify the files that control the wheel mouse but without any luck so far. I could not find any hidden files either. Has anyone managed to isolate them? It may ofcourse be a hardware modification in the Navigator that is only accessible via a lower level software interface? It would certainly be desirable to be able to modify the stupidly restrictive Navigator so that the wheel could be used more effectively. I understand that the BMW K1600 software is able to do more? Anyone familiar with both systems that can shed any light on what the K1600 version can specifically do in the GPS that is different to the GS1200 version? (Not radio channels etc). One could easily substitute the system files from the Navigator to the 660, with a little modification, although I suspect the 660 would still not work like the Navigator and it could brick the unit. It would not however improve the function of the wheel mouse though
