Zumo 660 issue in bike mount

Help or advice please.

My 2 Yr old zumo seems not to charge or stay connected to the power from the bike mount.

All connections. Pins look okay.

Has previously worked fine, malfunction on my way out the door on a 1400 mile Europe trip, but totally failure on driving down my road, must have known it was home? Bizarre

does Zumo charge up OK via either the USB socket when connected to computer, or via the mains charger ? If so, it clearly isn't the Zumo that's the problem, but probably fault with the mount or wiring to the bike's battery. Have you checked the fuse ?

HAve you tried removing and reseating the Zumo's battery ?

If it's a 1200 could be Canbus related ?

Yes unit charges on mains so I guess is the bike mount pins as there the obvious weak point?

Check that none of the pins are stuck in. They are slightly spring loaded. A spray with wd40?
