Zumo 660 - no sound

My Zumo has stopped giving directions on nav, plays mp3's but no sound and no 'clicks' when the screen is pressed. There is no sound at all when off the bike, on the bike or off the cradles. Its not on 'mute' and I have tried the master re-set. Any ideas please or does it need to go back to Garmin

On my 550 if I do a reset on it it all goes very quiet until I go into the bluetooth options and ask it for MP3 / Navigation instead of only bluetooth (bluetooth being the default)

All this is separate to the voulme controls on the front / in the music screen.

HTH sorry of the 660 is completely different to the 550

I tried your suggestion but it seems that on the 660 the options are only off/on with bluetooth. Thanks anyway.

Update if anyone is interested

Unit sent to Garmin and returned (new unit I think). All now working except I forgot about the SD card and left it in. Now need a new SD card.
