Hi,

been successfully using the 660 via autocom, however, decided to try the wireless option with the SRC.

Having a nightmare trying to get it set up so wondered if anyone here has managed it....

I'd like to connect the 660 and a galaxy s3 to the SRC.

Hopefully to stream music and GPS from the zumo but hook the phone up.

Has anyone managed this? So far Ive only been able to connect the phone to the SRC but not the zumo.

Hope this makes sense?!?

Thanks in advance,

Daren

I think you need to connect the phone to the zumo, then the zumo to the headset rather than try to connect both to the headset

Hi, that's one of the combinations I've tried.

The phone worked fine but no audio from the Zumo media player. Nor can I receive gps directions from the Zumo. With that connection there's also no music via the phone (which I wouldn't think would work with this setup).

Kinda think it's me but.... I'm losing the will to live!

Here's my set up if it helps anyone spot the faulty.

Resetted phone, zumo and src.

Connect the phone to zumo as a phone.

Switch on src. Press and hold volume up button until bluetooth llights flash and then cconnecttto the zumo as audio.

But only the phone works....

When I first started with my Scala Rider (same electronics)... I found it pretty fiddely to get it working properly..

My advice, is keep bashing at it till you feel you've had enought.. then put another hour in..

I admit to feeling that these things could be a bit more "solid" in the setup department... but when they are working they do work well.

I think the bluetooth standard is partly to blame for the linking woes...

Al...

Thanks for the replies.

On the zumo bluetooth there's two options 1) phone 2) audio.

Am I right in connecting the phone to the zumo using the phone and then the src to the zumo as audio?

Also, sorry, after I recently sold my zumo I put a mini memory card in my phone and just play the music and gps from that to the src

Put phone away and connect Zumo to SRC.

Check that you receive sat nav directions through headset and check out music through headset.

When you are satisfied with the above, connect phone to Zumo.

Sometimes when I have no sound through headset I have to remove Zumo from cradle and clean the brass connectors by rubbing them with my thumb.
