Zumo car mount query

Just to make sure I'm not going mad!

I've just bought a new car mount for my Zumo, and thought I could power it with my existing Nuvi car lead. When I plug it in, it says 'accessory not supported'? Plus the Zumo doesn't charge?

The Nuvi car mount is powered via mini usb. I'm now assuming that the Zumo mount is powered via the bigger socket on the othere side, and that the mini usb is only for accessories (traffic etc).

Could somebody please confirm that I need a dedicated Zumo power lead. If so, is this a combined power and traffic lead?

My 550 used a seperate traffic usb ended lead, and another lead to power it.

I have just purchased a lead for my 550 so that I can run this via the in my car...Today I got the lead in the post from Amazon I will PM you the link I have for my purchase..Had it working in the car today, with sound and charging..

My Nuvi 760 is powered through the cradle with the same lead as the Zumo. One lead has the traffic ariel on it (the Nuvi lead) but the Zumo seems to work fine with either.
I thought that the mini USB was only for PC use, or charging.

The connection to the PC is through the flap on the bottom.
