Does anyone know which links are made in the standard cat code plug?

I'm fitting a techlusion which needs the OEM CCP installed, but I've lost the one I had.

EDIT: its an 1150 2005

Went into Pidcocks today to buy one, but they couldn't find the part number

if you do a search for cat plug I sure somebody did post up an image of what the different connection variations did.
