Now I do like this can you buy these yet! It makes the standard bike look so bland.

I think that was the prototype World Crosser.
Main difference between that and the crosser you can buy is the additional rear fuel tank (on pillion seat) which didn't make it to the production bike.

If they looked like that from day one I bet they would have sold a shed load more.
The Blue Ones look OK and the White ones I really like (and wanted) but the other colours have done nothing to help relatively drab styling - it works (rather sedate styling) on the GS due its quirky nature and trademark engine.
I think just the WC decals on the tank / fairing make the bike look far better - especially the with the drab silver and grey ones.
