Hi all,
Can anyone please assist. In order to power additional items I need to fit another fuse panel which measures about 3"x2". I need power to 4 items so take-off direct from from battery would be a bit congested. The problem I have is where to site the fuel panel. There is just just nowhere apart from in the tool carrier box, the other end of the bike. Anybody with any suggestions?

Thanks...............................Scorpioted

Up against the rear of your battery so you can still see it with the tank on:thumb

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you mean velcro same against battery panel. If so, if it doesn't cause a problem, I think it's a viable option.

I installed a Centec fuse panel on an aluminium bracket fixed to the top of the air cleaner lid.

Mounting fuse panel onto R1150GS

Hi Billy, Brilliant pics. That is exactly the same item I have. You have certainly given me ideas. First step-off to the ironmongers !
Thanks again.........................scorpioted

Billy, what size sheet did you use?[/QUOTE

Thanks scorpioted

The overall plate size is 145mm x 105. Aluminium plate is 2.0mm thick.
The bend at the bottom is approx 20mm. You may have to trim a bit of the plate at the sides near where the bend is so that it fits into the aibox lid.
You'll have to experiment with the angle of the bend. It mounts to the airbox lid via the mounting plate for the diagnostic plug.

Cheers Billy

A variation of BillyT's but supported at the top by putting under the battery retainer band. Relay on back of panel as fuses isolated when ignition off.

current version.

If you want to come to BB1 on sunday to measure up you are welcome. May even have the prototype somewhere.

Top job there Brian.........I do like the way that you've hidden the jumble of wires behind the panel.
