I've been looking for a rallye seat since I bought my 1200, but seem to keep missing them on eBay

A friend of mine offered me one yesterday. A new one, never fitted. I am happy with my standard seat however.

How do I set up for messaging?
I too might be in the market for a Rallye seat & cover plate inc fittings (if there are any) for my 1250 GS. (PM me with the details and price if possible) if you have one for sale or know of a pal who's selling one. Ta Del

I'm regretting getting the Rallye seat on mine.
I ordered a 1250 TE Rallye
However when I got the confirmation link it wasn't what I thought the Rallye was.
Turns out you have to add the Rallye pack to get the short Rallye screen, Rallye seat and plate, etc.
So some cross words with the dealer got the seat/plate added with an agreed split of the £250'ish the seat is.
However the bike still came with the standard set up - higher screen, centre stand, etc.
So when several seats came up on here for £200'ish I was fuming.
What I should have done (and what I am currently arguing with the dealer on) is to get my OE seats back as pillion isn't realistic with the Rallye seat and trying to locate a pillion pad (managed to get a rider seat from here) that isn't stupidly priced is ridiculous.

Old R1250GS Rallye Seat or new 21/22 model?
Hi all,
Has anyone got the previous R1250GS Rallye seat (black with the white side and red and blue at the rear) on the latest 2021/2022 Rallye? I'm not over keen on the latest rallye seat with equal amounts of red, white and blue but I don't know if the older seat would look right with the lighter blue of the new colour scheme.
