Barrels came back from rebore,
94.5mm, that should give it a bit more go

Compression is up from 8.2 to 1 ,
To 9.5 to 1 :green gri

The squish band looks very close to the valve seat.

It’s a Siemens kit,supplied by motorworks,may well be Emerald Isle.
I like them,easy to fit,plug and play :thumby:

It’s a Siemens kit,supplied by motorworks,may well be Emerald Isle.

Ummm ... from memory of Motorcycle Mechanics, it's a means of further compressing the incoming charge so that the bang is more controlled / even and thus more efficient. There's always Google.
