Metal Mule balanced pannier rack question

I would like to fit the Metal Mule balanced pannier racks. I am aware that you have to change the exhaust as well.
I have e-mailed the company over a week ago and got no reply, poor form.
My question is, what is the measurement from the exhaust hanger bolt to the inside of the MM Balanced pannier rack?:nenau

here's a pic of mine, i will get the measurements for you when i get a chance. sorry to hear you got no response from metal mule, my advice is to call them on the phone and ask for Paul, i cant recommend him enough, he was really helpful when i bought mine.
