its been on the front cover of a german bike mag for the last 2 weeks
Swing arm on LHS and exhaust on RHS ???? Anyone know why??
thats me speculating ....
if you have a puncture you can work on the off side of traffic .....at least in most of the countries
......did you notice the daytime driving lights......led .....asymmetric ... kind of looks cool

I like this. One of the reason's I've always preferred the GSA over the GS is that the GS looks too skinny from the front and the cylinder heads stick out too far in comparison to the 'fairing'. However, after recently having a go on the GS I was mightily impressed by it's speed and handling compared to the GSA. These pics look like they've beefed up the GS a bit so is more my cup of tea looks wise, plus you'l get the bonus of the more spirited ride. Not sure about the headers though 
My guess is to lower production costs. Share components with other current production models as well as being a brand new design.

my guess is bmw know the FD on the GS is shite and have taken the chance to use the FD from the K1300, which "should" be stronger as well as using more universal parts

Not sure myself, looks a bit fad-ish. It's like the Audo LED's, thought they looked good for about a week, now think they look awful.
This could be the one! I really miss my 1200 but couldn't bring my self to buying another as I'd already had one, I know that won't make sense to many people but hey ho. The 1250 looks like it might be different enough to get the credit card out for.
I bet them Brembo Radials bite hard
Will knee sliders be available as part of the new "scratching package" ?

Just to make sure that no parts are interchangeable with the old model and then you have to buy mega expensive new bits

Oil filter
The only thing I like from this "not yet bike", is the oil filter accessibility.

Am I correct in assuming this will be an interim model to tide BMW over until they've got the 1300 watercooled version ready - hence the shaft drive moving sides ?
