For those not familiar with these fine creations.. 100% stainless with stainless fittings throughout..... Fit quickly and easily (shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes) No drilling involved either..

Hi Bryn,

Sorry I have'nt been on the site so often for the last while, but I took a bad spill in Scotland last year.

Where did you get the 'Dakar' logo in the photos?? I've been trying to get my hands on a few for ages. :confused:

It's numpty time....

Had one of these brilliant guards on my old 1200 - bought a nice new one -being a tight ol' sod

, I keep that cos it'll look just as good on the new one. Now comes the numpty part - I did'nt look before removing it did I -and now, yepp you guessed it - I can't get it on any more

help....

Hi kbada, is it you have forgotten how it fit's or it will not fit?
If you now have the new 1200ADV i am not recommending the Grille for this model due to the lack of space between the cooler and beak (i know one or two have fitted them anyway).

If you just need fitting instructions let me have your email address and i will send them across.

A new Grille for the ADV is being developed and many thanks to Sailor and to Chris Lockett for providing the bike
