BMW Zumo Cradle differences

Are there any differences between the mounting cradle of the BMW version and the standard version?

I've got the BMW fitting that goes onto the GSA top screen support (shown below) but the nut in the centre stops the standard Garmin cradle from fitting. It seems to need a packing piece of some sort to space it out.

I have the same mounting for my Zumo 550 fitted on an '08 GSA. There were no issues with fitting the Garmin cradle although it was a bit fiddly and you have to get the right "relationship" between the two bolts so that the lever doesn't press against the screen.

Doesn't help much I know. I will take another look at mine when I get home and see if there is anything different.

Just had a look at mine fitted and it seems to be the same. I have fitted washers between the garmin cradle and the mount which may be what you need.
