Careful, EBC discs look to be plain steel, not stainless steel as the original are
“D Suffix = Drilled Disc. DR Suffix = Drilled Right Hand Disc. LS Suffix = Left/Steel Disc. RS = Right/Steel Disc.”
Unless someone knows otherwise?

Discs £70 each - not crap ebc quality either.![]()
I would absolutley never use aftermarket discs, there is some right crap (especally the wavy jobbies) out there. Some of them may be OK but I would not risk it.
I would rather pick up a pair on ebay. Try rudi on ebay.de he breaks brand new 08 GS bikes.

The idea that BMW consider warping after 10,000 miles to be "fair wear and tear" is, IMHO, scandalous. It's less than one year's mileage in the average family car - most of which now have vented discs. Would BMW 3/5/6/7/ series owners put up with such a con? WTF!

,but about 5 years ago I noticed that they were a bit loose on the rivets I called EBC and asked if I could get them re-riveted.EBC asked me to send them in so they could look at said discs. They sent em back re-riveted FOC,Now I call that bloody good...Don't you?The idea that BMW consider warping after 10,000 miles to be "fair wear and tear" is, IMHO, scandalous.
