my experiance of tkc80
ktm 950 with 150 profile= great wear
ktm 640 with 140 profile= finished after 2500km
Xr 650 with 120 profile= flung rubber like a claymore mine
just about to shoe my gs800 with a set of karoo t.
lets see how they do. will keep you posted.
compared to my enduro riding days when i could change tyres every week i think what the hell as long as your having fun.if you want tryes to last 5000milesplus, stick to the roadbased ones.

the tkc is a great tyre for 50/50 tarmac and gravel, took 3 bikes fitted with them to the alps and road all the way in 25+ temps. what i will say is that once they start heating up the tread starts to crack and on the smaller tyre , blocks started to fly.now then
am looking at getting some tyres for greenlaning and road riding, reckon i'll be doing a fair bit of greenlaning but will also be going out with missus on the back still.
will the tkc80's do me justice??
