The best orange I can get is more of a "Repsol" orange as opposed to fluro, £10 extra as a one off or no extra charge if you can get 9 other people to buy orange ones

Just wondering if you copied TT exactly or not ? If you did then be aware I had some problems fitting mine with H&B crash bars. I had to angle grind the hard part to get it to fit because of the fixing lug of the H&B bars getting in the way. Also might want to think about TT getting a bit cross if they have any patent/copyright claims on their product ( just a thought) but good on you for making what looks to be a nicely finished bit of kit.
