1100 RS question

The bike is a 1996 1100 RS, does anyone know where the diagnostic socket lives on this bike ?

Not on this baby? it all looks unmolested but the socket does not even come out of the same part of the loom as my GS

Thought it might have been the same as an 1100 RT of the same year.

Hi Stewart,

Tricky to tell from an unlabelled pdf, but looking at the factory manual, it looks like it might be tucked in directly behind the fuse box.

The three pin socket is aft of the fuse box under the seat, normally a blue colour.

(ps the thread is actually about springy seat mounts)

Thanks for the replies chaps, it appears that the bike in question has had a replacement clutch, and some of the wiring has been rerouted in a "creative" manner, its got to be in there somewhere
