1150Adv 2500 miles and 1 foreign jaunt with Micky

1100RT 5000 miles and a 2 week trip to Spain

XChallenge - (4000 miles in the van) and 1500 miles offroad

So................14000 miles in my leisure steeds isn't too shabby for 2009

I know Showa can be good (Honda owned)

They can't be that good - the factory Repsol Honda MotoGP team are switching to (Yamaha-owned) Ohlins suspension for next season

Post a wanted ad for an 1150 front shock, they are apparently an upgrade on the stock 1100 one and someone who has upgraded will have a good one gathering dust
