1150 Adventure New battery time

Trust me to not ride the bike for a month, it always starts on the button but yesterday it was dead and is not taking a charge with the Optimate so I guess the writing is on the wall...

So where is the best place to get a new battery from, ideally posted and ready to go?

I got mine from Motobins, but had to fill it with acid, which any motor factor can do for you. If you want one ready to go it will have to be a gel battery, I think Motobins sell them too.

If you go with the odysee make sure you order the right terminal adaptors to fit your earth/pozi leads

Got a "gel" battery on my 1150GSA & even got a Oddessey on my old R80/7, the Oddessey is brilliant, so much more cranking power for less size, just need to see how long it lasts, don't think I'll ever use a lead/acid battery again, & no danger of acid spillage if you drop it.
