Guys,
Tonight I have refitted my road legal Titanium Sebring exhaust to my new 2002 GS, keeping the collector box and Cat.
Same as on my 2000 model 1150GS.However the new bike has a different bracketing system (with a rubber mounted spacer) to the subframe. Therefore I have had to mess about with washers and shorter bolt etc to get it to fit and also it now has a clamp at the collector box (attached to chrome guard) .This was a pig to fit over the new can and I've had to dispense with the Sebring's clamp.
Any ideas for rubber washers/spacers to isolate exhaust bracket from subframe to reduce any potential vibes, somebody mentioned washers @ B&Q etc.
Any tips would be appreciated.
