I'm sure you'll be able to roll it onto its side bung the wheels back in and pick it up.![]()
Two people, car and a tow rope. One stands on centrestand, pulls up on the rear of the bike as normal for putting on the centrestand while the other pulls the bike back with tow rope. Tell the driver to stop when it's up.
OK, it was just a thought..........Maybe Schtum's idea is better.

I suspect I'll mostly be following Schtum's advice

Tried and tested by Earache and me on his 1150. ISTR we rolled it over onto a tyre.![]()
